What we collect
- What you send us by email: your name, business details, website, and any files or links you share, such as room photos, channel links or brand assets.
- What we need to deliver and bill an order, such as your business name and the service you bought.
This website has no contact forms, no cookies, no analytics and no tracking scripts. The fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google sees your IP address when the page loads. Our host keeps standard server logs for security.
How we use it
Only to reply to you, make your free sample or order, and keep records we are required to keep. We use AI tools and file storage services to do the work, and they process your files only for that purpose. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Files you send for a job are deleted 90 days after delivery unless you ask us to keep them longer. Emails and order records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time by emailing contact@xemova.com. If we have emailed you and you would rather we did not, reply “stop” and we will not email you again.
We handle personal information in line with Canada's privacy law (PIPEDA). If you are unhappy with how we handled a request, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
