How it works

  1. Upload. Drop the room photos into your upload link or shared folder and pick a style.

  2. We stage. Furniture, rugs and decor are placed to the room's real size and light. Every file is checked before it leaves.

  3. You deliver. Within 12 hours you get two files per room: the staged image with a small “Virtually staged” label, and your original. Rename nothing. Send them to your agent as your own work.

California listings

Since 1 January 2026, California's AB 723 asks agents to label digitally altered listing photos and to give buyers access to the original. Every image we deliver comes as a labelled version plus the original, so your agents have what they need. We are not lawyers; your agents should follow their broker's guidance.

Our guarantee

  • 12 hours from upload or that image is free.
  • If an image is not right, we redo it free. If the redo still misses, you do not pay for it.

Questions

How fast is 12 hours, really?
The clock starts when your upload finishes. If a staged image reaches you after 12 hours, it is free. Weekends included.
Will the furniture look fake?
We size every piece to the room and match the light and shadows of your photo. If something looks off, tell us and we redo it free.
Is it AI?
Yes. AI tools place the furniture and we check every image before it goes out. That is why the price is a fraction of what hand staging costs.
Can my agents use these in California?
Every image comes labelled as virtually staged, with the original beside it, which is what AB 723 asks agents to show. Your agents should still check with their broker.
Do you ever contact my clients?
No. We only deal with you, and nothing we send has our name on it.
What styles do you offer?
Modern, transitional, coastal, Scandinavian, farmhouse and family friendly. Save one as your house style and every job uses it.
Can you remove clutter or furniture?
Yes, for $5 an image, and it is free on any image you also stage. These count as altered images, so they get the same label.
What do I need to start?
