Who you are dealing with

Ordering
Order by email, we reply within one business day. Before we start paid work, we confirm the service, the price and the delivery time in writing. Prices on this site are in US dollars.
Free samples
Free samples come with no obligation. Once we deliver a sample to you, you may use it.
What you send us
You confirm you have the right to send us the photos, logos, footage and other material you share, and that we may use them to do the work. You are responsible for checking that delivered work suits your use, including any rules your industry or platform sets, such as listing photo labels or YouTube disclosures.
Who owns the work
Once an order is paid, the delivered work is yours to use. Stock footage, music and other licensed material stay under their own licences, which we choose so you can use them in the delivered work.
Guarantees and refunds
Each service page states its guarantee, and that guarantee forms part of these terms:
- Staging: an image delivered more than 12 hours after your upload is free. An image that is not right is redone free, and if the redo still misses, you do not pay for it.
- Faceless video: a video that misses your brief is redone free within 48 hours. If you are not happy after your first two paid videos, email us within 14 days and we refund the month.
- Shorts: one round of changes on every batch, and wrong facts or brand mistakes redone free. If the first batch is not right for you, we refund the first month.
- AI answer audit: if the audit does not give you at least 10 specific fixes, we refund you in full. If you publish the Fix Pack and your share of answers has not gone up at the 60 day recheck, we write a second round of fixes at no charge.

Monthly plans
Plans run month to month. Cancel anytime by email, and the plan stops at the end of the month you have paid for.
What we cannot promise
We cannot promise results that third parties control, such as YouTube monetisation, views, or what an AI engine says on a given day. Our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. We may update them; the date at the top shows the latest version.
